Wake Up Sequence

Energize your cells first thing in the AM with this short (heads up — I say 5 minutes, but it is actually 8 minutes!) video that can be done on your mat, or from bed upon waking. Light movement starting with the feet and legs, and ending with the arms and neck will get you prepped to start your day. Please note this is not a flow sequence, but quite literally something that can be done from bed. Enjoy!
