Prepare to re-energize your cells with this 24 minute class! Class opens with a shot of pranayama and continues onto a flow for the front body and completes with bandha work. You can stop after the 25 minutes and take a forward fold followed by a meditative seat, or continue on with a few rounds of Surya A + B and perhaps some backbending and restorative postures of your choosing.
Notes: If you are pregnant please skip the kapalabhati and bandha work, and modify as needed.
